We are thrilled to share that the Fano, a SpeechAI startup co-founded by Prof. Victor O.K. Li, Chairman of Fano, and Director of HKU AI to Advance Well-being and Society (HKU-AI WiSe) Research Lab, The University of Hong Kong, and Dr. Miles Wen, CEO of Fano, has been awarded the 2024 IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Outstanding Organization Award. The award was presented to Dr. Albert Lam (CTO of Fano) at the IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence (WCCI) in Yokohama, Japan this year.
We are thankful to the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society for recognizing Fano’s accomplishments in advanced computational intelligence applications through their pioneering SpeechAI products. This prestigious accolade is a testament to the team’s dedication, hard work, and relentless pursuit of excellence in Language AI and computational intelligence.
