Biography

Dr. Man Hin LAU (Vick) is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Hong Kong. He received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from HKU in 2024 and his MEng in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2019. He is currently a Co-PI of the interdisciplinary Laboratory of Biomedical Imaging and Signal Processing in EEE. His research focuses on developing and applying AI methods for MR image reconstruction and restoration, as well as utilising AI to analyse neuroimaging data to advance understanding of brain ageing and health.
