Congratulations to Mr. Lo Lok, Miss He Wai Hung (Fiona), and Mr. Leung Chung Kai (John), ELEC3848 students in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at The University of Hong Kong, for winning the Champion Award in the Green Energy Dreams Come True Competition 2023/24 (Tertiary) organised by the Hong Kong Electric Company Limited.
Building upon their proposed project of the Plant Whisperer Robot in ELEC3848, in this competition, they presented a smart city solution via a public leisure park named Oasis to showcase how it can achieve a smarter and more energy-efficient future in Hong Kong.
Special thanks go to Mr. Cheong Wan Hei (Leo) and Mr. Kong Chi Nok (Ian) for their contributions in building the robotic car as well as Dr. Sam K.H. Lam, Dr. Albert T.L. Lee and Mr. Alex Kiang for their valuable advice and unwavering support in ELEC3848.
