Biography
Dr. Victor Lee received his BSc, MPhil and PhD in Computer Science all from the City University of Hong Kong. Before Dr. Lee joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Hong Kong as a Lecturer, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong. In 2017, he received the Outstanding Supervisor Award from the City University of Hong Kong. In 2020, he received the Outstanding Teaching Award from the College of Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Lee is a member of the IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society. He is now a past Chair and an Exco-member of the Computer Chapter, IEEE Hong Kong Section. He is also a member of the ACM and the HKIE.
